Orso Obtains Policy Limits
Joseph F. Orso, III has announced the settlement of a personal injury case for policy limits. The case involved a minor pedestrian who was intentionally struck by an automobile. Even though the insurance company initially argued that there was no coverage due to an intentional act, attorney Orso successfully dissuaded the insurance company and policy limits were ultimately accepted.
